Running a scaled-down GLOW stack, wondering if anyone else has adjusted the doses lower

So I've been messing around with a modified version of the GLOW stack for about five weeks now, basically the same three compounds but at lower doses than what you see in the standard writeup. I'm doing GHK-Cu at about 100mcg instead of 200, BPC-157 at 250mcg instead of 500, and TB-500 at 2.5mg but only once a week instead of twice.

My reasoning was pretty simple, I wanted to ease into it and see how my body responded before going full throttle, and honestly the cost of running everything at full dose for a longer cycle adds up fast. So far it seems like I'm getting decent results, skin feels a bit better and an old shoulder tweak that's been bugging me for months seems less cranky, but I can't say for sure it's the stack and not just time passing.

The GHK-Cu gives me a little flushing sometimes but nothing bad, and the TB-500 makes me vaguely tired the day after I pin it, which tracks with what I've read. I'm doing GHK-Cu and BPC-157 daily subQ and the TB-500 on Sundays.

Curious if anyone here has run a lower-dose version of this or the KLOW stack and felt like it was enough, or if you really need to be at the standard doses to get meaningful results. Not looking for anyone to tell me what to do with my own body, just want to hear what worked or didn't for you.

  • mel105: Here's a thought: I ran a similar scaled-back version about six months ago, GHK-Cu 100mcg daily, BPC-157 250mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice weekly. Same reasoning, cost and wanting to test the waters. My shoulder felt noticeably less stiff after about three weeks, and my skin did look... Glowy? For lack of a better word. The flushing from GHK-Cu was there but manageable. TB-500 made me sleepy the night after, not just the day. I stuck with it for eight weeks total and then dropped it. Honestly? I
  • mom_sean: Yeah the lower end being enough for mild niggles tracks with what ive seen too. The TB-500 sleepiness thing is interesting, got that myself once and thought it was just me being knackered that day. Fwiw if you were dealing with an actual injury rather than just stiffness id probably lean toward the full dose on the BPC side but for general recovery and skin stuff the scaled version seems sweet as. Did you notice anything drop off after you stopped or did the shoulder benefit stick around?
  • mito707: The TB-500 making you sleepy the night after... Did that happen every time or just the first few weeks? I been dealing with something similar and wondering if it settles down or stays like that the whole run. Also you said you're not sure about something at the end, your message got cut off.
