Synapsin nasal spray (RG3 + NAD+ + methylcobalamin), anyone actually notice anything?

Been running Synapsin for about three weeks now. One spray each nostril, once in the morning, sometimes a second round around 2pm if I'm dragging. Honestly?

The first week I didn't feel much of anything. Maybe slightly less foggy but could've been placebo or just better sleep that week. Around week two I started noticing a cleaner kind of focus.

Not wired like Semax gives me, more like the static got turned down a notch. Anecdotally, that's the best way I can describe it. Less noise in my head when I'm trying to read dense material.

The NAD+ component is interesting to me because I've tried oral NR before and got basically nothing from it. Nasal delivery bypassing the blood-brain barrier makes sense on paper but whether it actually matters in practice, I'm not sure. I got a mild headache the first couple days and some nasal irritation that went away.

No nosebleeds. The taste is weird, kinda metallic. What I'm curious about is whether anyone has stacked this with Semax or Adamax.

Seems like there could be overlap in the neurotrophic angle but I don't wanna double up on stimulation and end up with a headache that ruins my afternoon. Anecdotally the effect is subtle enough that I wonder if some people just don't respond to it at all. Anyone run it longer than a month?

  • nerdy_ironman: I tried synapsin nasal spray for about a month same schedule one spray each nostril morning and sometimes an early afternoon boost. First week nothing noticeable second week i felt a bit sharper when reading technical docs less mental chatter but not the buzz i get from semax. I got a tiny headache day one and mild nasal dryness that faded after a few days. I haven’t stacked it with semax yet because i’m wary of overstimulation but i’m curious if a low dose semax in the evening could complement
  • raj_j: The headache and dryness thing is real, I had that too the first couple days. Faded quick though. Honestly I'd be careful with evening Semax even at a low dose. For me Semax any time after about 3pm messes with my sleep, even the NA version. I tried a small evening dose once thinking it'd wind down nice and nope, was up till 1am. Synapsin in the morning and Semax mid-morning might work better than splitting them apart. That way they overlap during your working hours instead of stretching stimul
  • student_honest: The evening semax idea seems maybe backwards to me. Semax is stimulating, taking it in evening sounds like a good way to ruin sleep. If you want to complement daytime synapsin focus, maybe just stick with the afternoon boost you already do and see if that is enough. Stacking two nasal sprays also seems like a lot of mucosal irritation.
