TB-500 for ankle mobility or am I just stiff

Posted by tiredmegan in Healing & Recovery - 1 points, 0 comments.

I have been doing the usual BPC-157 for my dodgy joints, but my ankle mobility is still absolutely muck. I feel like a LEGO man whenever I try to squat deep.

I have seen some people talking about TB-500 for flexibility and reducing inflammation, so I am wondering if it actually helps with range of motion or if that is just some gym bro myth. For what it is worth, I have tried all the stretching and foam rolling and it is just not doing anything.

Is TB-500 actually class for getting the joints moving again, or is it better for actual tears? I do not want to spend the money if it is just going to make me feel lethargic without actually fixing the stiffness. If anyone has used it for something that is not a full on injury, let me know if it felt like it did anything for your mobility.
