Anyone actually doing their rehab while on BPC-157 or just injecting and hoping

Serious question because I see loads of posts about BPC-157 and TB-500 for tendon stuff and nobody ever mentions the actual rehab part. For what it is worth, in my experience the peptide seems to help with the inflammatory side of things but it is not going to magically reorganise collagen fibres for you. You still have to load the tissue.
I have been messing with BPC-157 for a dodgy rotator cuff and it felt like the irritation calmed down a fair bit, could just be timing though. But the actual mobility gains came when I started doing proper eccentric loading alongside it. Feels like people are injecting peptides and then sitting on the couch expecting the tendon to sort itself out.
Are any of you actually combining BPC-157 with a structured rehab programme or is it just vibes and hope? And if you are doing both, did you time the injection around your rehab sessions or just whenever? I have been doing it post-session but I have absolutely no basis for that beyond it feeling right.
Fair play to anyone who actually puts the work in, genuinely curious.
