Semaglutide plateau at month 4, thinking about adding 5-Amino-1MQ

Been on semaglutide for about 16 weeks now. Titrated up slowly, 0.25 then 0.5 then 1.0, stayed at 1.0 for the last six weeks. First 10 weeks the scale moved steady, about 0.6 kg per week. Then it just stopped. Same calories, same activity, same everything. Weight has been flat for almost a month now.
I track resting heart rate and HRV every morning. RHR dropped nicely from around 68 to 61 over the first couple months, which seemed to track with the weight loss. But HRV has not improved much at all, maybe 2-3 ms on average. I expected more honestly?
Reading about 5-Amino-1MQ and the NNMT inhibition angle. The idea of boosting cellular energy expenditure on top of the appetite suppression from sema makes some sense to me on paper. Has anyone here actually combined the two and tracked anything objective? Weight, HRV, body composition, anything?
I am not talking about jumping into one of those multi-compound stacks. Just sema plus 5A1MQ, keeping it simple so I can actually tell what does what. My bloodwork is decent, fasting glucose in low 80s, lipids nothing alarming. But I want to be careful about stacking things that both affect insulin sensitivity.
Any real experiences out there?
