Has anyone actually run GLOW long-term or does the GHK-Cu get messy after a few weeks

So I was looking at the GLOW stack page on here and the dosing looks grand on paper. GHK-Cu 200mcg and BPC-157 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Sound enough. But I am wondering about running GHK-Cu for more than a few weeks because I have heard people talk about copper buildup being a concern and I do not fully know if that is real or just forum lore.
For what it is worth I ran BPC-157 solo for about six weeks for a tendon thing and it seemed to help but I was also actually doing my rehab so who knows what did the heavy lifting. Adding TB-500 to that is the Wolverine setup basically and that seems well trodden. It is the GHK-Cu layer that makes me pause.
Are people getting bloodwork for copper levels on this or are we all just vibes again. Seems mad to add a copper peptide long-term without checking but maybe I am being a coward about it. Also the flushing thing, how bad is it actually. Someone said it feels like a niacin flush and I absolutely hate that feeling so if it is like that I might just skip the GHK-Cu entirely and stick to the Wolverine combo.
Anybody got experience running the full GLOW for 8-plus weeks?
