TB4-Frag vs full TB-500 for a stubborn lateral meniscus tear?

I have been dealing with this lateral meniscus tear for a few months now, and it is just not moving, no? I have tried physical therapy, but the inflammation keeps coming back during my walks.
I am thinking about starting something for the actual tissue repair, but I am confused about the options. I read about /peptides/tb4-fragment and it says the smaller size might help with tissue penetration, which sounds good for a joint injury, right?
Basically, I am wondering if anyone here has actually used the fragment instead of the full TB-500? I am curious if you noticed a difference in how it felt in the joint or if the recovery felt faster.
Also, do you think it is worth combining the fragment with oral BPC-157 /peptides/bpc-157-oral to cover everything, or is that just asking for too much side effects? I do not want to deal with constant injection site irritation if I can avoid it. I am mostly just looking for something that actually reaches the injury site. Any thoughts on the timing for this?
