Adamax intranasal – my 3‑week focus log and evening apigenin tweak

I decided to try Adamax because I read it’s a Semax analog with longer action. I used the intranasal spray at about 500mcg twice a day, morning and early afternoon, for three weeks. Honestly the first few days I felt a clear lift in mental clarity, like the fog lifted a bit when I was reading papers or analysing data.

I could stay on task longer without the usual urge to check my phone. By day five I noticed a slight headache in the late afternoon, nothing serious but enough to make me lower the second dose to 250mcg. Honestly after that the headache went away and the focus stayed steady.

My mood felt a bit brighter, not euphoric but less irritable during long lab sessions. I did not see a big jump in memory recall, just smoother flow when I needed to switch between experiments. To counter the mild overstimulation I added 50mg apigenin each evening with my tea.

Honestly that helped me wind down and sleep felt deeper, I woke up less groggy. If I did it again I would start lower, maybe 250mcg twice daily, and keep the apigenin as a regular evening habit.
