TB4-Frag daily vs TB-500 2x/week for a nagging rotator cuff, anyone done both?

Got a rotator cuff thing that's been hanging around since like February. PT helped some but it stalled out. I ran TB-500 a while back for a different injury, did 2mg twice a week for about 5 weeks then dropped to once weekly. Anecdotally that seemed to help with inflammation but it took maybe 3 weeks before I noticed anything.
Now I'm looking at TB4-Frag since the dose schedule is different, more like 200-750 mcg daily or every other day. Shorter half-life so that makes sense. Just wondering if anyone here has actually used both for the same type of injury and noticed a difference in how fast things kicked in or overall results.
The daily pinning thing kinda annoys me but if it means better tissue penetration for a stubborn tendon I'd deal with it. The full TB-500 seemed more systemic to me, like general recovery vibes. Did the fragment feel more targeted for anyone?
Also curious about stacking it with BPC-157 injectable near the site. I did oral BPC last time for gut stuff while running TB-500 and that felt like two separate things working independently. Not sure if local BPC plus TB4-Frag would be redundant or actually complementary for tendon repair. Anyone tried that combo?
