BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV + occasional GHK-Cu for shoulder rehab – looking for timing feedback

I’ve been dealing with a nagging rotator cuff tendonitis for a few months and want to try a peptide stack focused on healing rather than just masking pain. 5mg subQ twice a week (Monday and Thursday), and KPV 500mcg subQ each night. I’m thinking of adding GHK-Cu 200mcg subQ only two times per week to help with collagen turnover, but I’m not sure if that frequency is enough or if it’ll interfere with the others.

Anecdotally, the BPC/TB-500/KPV combo already feels like it’s reducing morning stiffness after about three weeks. Does anyone have experience timing GHK-Cu with those three, or should I keep it separate on different days? Also, any thoughts on whether I should be cycling this stack after 8‑10 weeks or just keep it going as long as I see steady improvement?

I’m not looking for miracle claims, just real‑world feedback on safety and timing from people who’ve actually tried similar combos for tendon rehab. Thanks.

  • curious_scientist: I ran something pretty similar for my own shoulder thing last year. BPC and TB-500 together, KPV at night, and I added GHK-Cu maybe twice a week. For me the GHK-Cu at that low frequency didn't seem to do much honestly. Could just be me. I ended up bumping it to maybe 3x and spacing it on off-days from the BPC/TB shots, just because I didn't want anything competing at the same injection window. No clue if that actually matters chemically, just felt cleaner. On cycling, imo 8 to 10 weeks then a b
  • tracker_jade: Thanks for the honest feedback on the GHK-Cu frequency. That's kinda what I was worried about, that 2x is too low to actually matter. Did you notice a real difference when you bumped it to 3x, or did it still feel like it wasn't doing much? I'm leaning toward just dropping it entirely and keeping the stack simpler, honestly. The 10 weeks on then 3 off approach sounds reasonable to me. My morning stiffness is already better at 3 weeks so I don't wanna overcomplicate things if the core three are
