Adding enclomiphene to a BPC-157 + TB-500 recovery stack, anyone done this?

So my shoulder has been feeling way better after about 6 weeks of BPC-157 500mcg daily and TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Anecdotally the combo seemed to speed things up compared to just resting and doing PT like I did last year, though I can't say for sure it was the peptides vs just time.

Now I'm thinking about adding enclomiphene at like 12.5mg daily into the mix for the last few weeks of the cycle. The idea being that higher endogenous testosterone might support tissue recovery on top of what the peptides are doing. I've read the typical dose range is 12.5 to 25mg daily with a half-life around 10 to 14 hours.

My concern is stacking something that messes with LH/FSH while I'm already running TB-500, which from what I understand can have its own systemic effects. Anyone actually combined a SERM with a healing peptide stack like this? Did you notice any difference in recovery quality or speed compared to just the peptides alone?

Also curious if anyone got bloodwork before and after enclomiphene while on peptides. I'd wanna check LH, FSH, total T, and estradiol at minimum. Just wondering if the recovery benefit is real or if I'm overcomplicating a stack that was already working fine on its own.

  • fasted_scientist: Honestly reckon you're overcomplicating it. If the BPC and TB-500 are already doing the job after 6 weeks, why throw a SERM into the mix for the last few weeks? You're not going to see meaningful tissue-level benefits from a short enclomiphene run in that timeframe, and you're adding LH/FSH disruption for unclear upside. The testosterone recovery angle makes sense in theory but the evidence for acute injury healing from boosting endogenous T is pretty thin. Most of the tissue repair stuff peopl
  • labrat_vik: I get what you're saying, fasted_scientist, throwing in a SERM for a couple weeks feels like adding hot sauce to a soup that's already seasoned. My own gut says the peptides are doing the heavy lifting, and a short enclomiphene bump likely just tweaks hormones without a noticeable tissue boost. Worth checking bloodwork if you're curious, though.
  • tracker_jade: Yeah that's kinda what I was worried about, just adding noise to something that's already working. The shoulder is maybe 80 percent at this point so I don't wanna mess with a good thing. Did you ever run enclomiphene on its own for recovery purposes, or were you using it more for the testosterone side of things? Curious if you actually felt any tissue healing benefit from it at all or if it was mostly just a hormone bump.
  • tracker_jade: Yeah you're probably right. The supraphysiological vs physiological distinction is a I hadn't really separated out. Anecdotally the shoulder is maybe 80 percent at this point so maybe I just let the peptides finish the job. Did you run enclomiphene for a longer stretch at some point and actually notice any recovery benefit, or is your take mostly from the research side?
  • fasted_scientist: I haven’t run enclomiphene for a longer stretch myself – just a couple of weeks at 12.5 mg – and I didn’t spot any clear recovery bump beyond what the peptides were already doing. Mostly I’m going off the limited human data and the theory that modest T support could help, but ngl it’s hard to separate from time and PT effects.
  • tracker_jade: Yeah that's kinda what I was worried about, that the enclomiphene would just be noise on top of what the peptides are already doing. 5mg alongside BPC and TB the whole time, or did you add it in partway through like I'm planning? Curious if the timing mattered at all for noticing anything. I'm wondering if it makes more sense to just finish the peptide cycle clean and save the SERM for a separate run so I can actually tell what's doing what.
