TB-500 and elevated heart rate, anyone notice palpitations while running it?

Been running TB-500 for about five weeks now for my shoulder, 2.5mg twice a week, and the past week or so I've been noticing my resting heart rate is up maybe 8-10 beats over my normal. Anecdotally I feel like my heart is just working harder at rest, especially in the evenings. Could totally be unrelated, stress, sleep, caffeine, whatever, but the timing is kinda suspicious since nothing else in my routine changed.

I've read some scattered stuff about TB-500 potentially affecting cardiac tissue since it's supposed to promote repair and angiogenesis, but I can't find anything concrete on whether that translates to actual heart rate changes in people. Wondering if anyone here has tracked their HR on TB-500 and noticed anything similar, or if you ran bloodwork and saw anything off.

I'm planning to pull some labs soon anyway, gonna check inflammatory markers and basic metabolic panel. Just curious if this is a known thing or if I'm just connecting dots that aren't there. If you stopped TB-500 and it resolved, that would be useful to hear too.

  • greg_codes: Ran tb-500 last year for a knee thing, 2mg twice weekly for about 6 weeks. My resting hr went up maybe 5-6 bpm around week 4, ngl i noticed it on my whoop data. Hrv dropped a bit too. I didn't change anything else so it was suspicious but i can't say it was definitely the tb-500? I stopped at 6 weeks anyway because the knee was sorted and within about 10 days resting hr came back to baseline. Could've been some mild systemic inflammation or just the body responding to the peptide, who knows. Th
