Fisetin senolytic hit days, anyone get GI upset at the 20 mg/kg range?

Ran my first fisetin cycle last month. Two consecutive days at roughly 20 mg/kg, taken with a fat source since absorption is supposedly pretty poor on its own. By the second afternoon I had noticeable stomach cramping and loose stools. Not terrible but enough that I was second-guessing whether to finish the second dose.
I split it across the day thinking that would help. It kinda did but the GI stuff still crept in. I've seen people mention mild GI upset at high doses but I wasn't expecting it to be that uncomfortable. Could just be my own sensitivity to flavonoids in general, I react similarly to high-dose quercetin.
Curious if others here have run the hit-and-run protocol and dealt with the same thing. Did splitting doses more aggressively help? Or taking it with a heavier meal? I'm planning another cycle in a few months and wanna make it less miserable if possible.
Also wondering if the GI effects are any kind of signal that the senolytic action is actually happening, or if that's just me trying to rationalize the discomfort. Probably the latter imo. The long-term human data is pretty thin so I'm trying to keep expectations realistic and just track how I feel.
