NA Semax Amidate vs plain Semax, my two-week switch comparison

I finished my Adamax log a while back and wanted to try something a bit different, so I switched to N-Acetyl Semax Amidate at around 300 mcg intranasal, once in the morning and sometimes a second dose around lunch. Did this for two weeks straight.
Honestly the first thing I noticed is it feels smoother than what I remember from regular Semax. Less of that sharp jittery edge in the first 30 minutes. The acetyl and amidate modifications supposedly make it resist breakdown longer, and subjectively it did feel like the focus carried further into the afternoon. With plain Semax I usually felt a clear peak and then a drop-off around hour two or three.
For me the focus was good but maybe not as intense as Adamax. More of a clean, steady clarity. I could sit and work through analytical methods for a few hours without feeling pushed. No headaches this time, which was nice. A bit of nasal irritation on day one but that went away.
One thing I would change: I tried a second dose at 3pm once and had trouble falling asleep that night. So I kept it to morning only after that. Anyone else compared NA Semax Amidate directly with base Semax or Adamax? Curious if the longer half-life thing is just my impression or something others noticed too.
