My 3‑month low‑dose rapamycin log – what I noticed

I started taking rapamycin 4 mg once a week about three months ago, just to see how it felt alongside my usual spermidine and taurine routine. Honestly the first two weeks I didn’t notice much, maybe a tiny bit less afternoon fatigue but that could just be placebo. By week four I realised my recovery after heavy gym sessions seemed quicker – less soreness the next day and I felt ready to train again sooner.

Sleep stayed about the same, I still wake up once or twice but I fall back asleep fast. Around week six I noticed my skin looked a bit clearer, fewer small bumps on my forehead, though I’m not sure if that’s the rapamycin or just the extra water I’ve been drinking. 5 over the period.

Honestly I’m curious if anyone else has tried a similar low‑dose pulse and saw changes in markers like fasting glucose or lipids – I plan to get bloodwork soon to compare. If I continued I’d maybe try 5 mg weekly and keep tracking the same simple metrics. Just my own experience, nothing definitive.
