Trying a Wolverine stack plus GHK-Cu for tendon and skin, curious about dosing

5mg twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. It’s helped the pain dull a bit after about three weeks, but I noticed my skin around the injection sites looks a little thinner and I get occasional flushing. Thinking about adding GHK-Cu 200mcg daily to see if it helps with the skin stuff and maybe gives a bit more collagen support.

I’m not sure if stacking GHK-Cu with the daily BPC-157 is overkill or if the timing matters – should I take GHK-Cu at night or split it with the BPC dose? Also wondering if anyone has seen any weird water retention or numbness when they run all three together. Just looking for any anecdotal tweaks or things to watch out for before I start the addition. Thanks for any input.

  • curious_scientist: I’ve tried adding GHK‑Cu to a BPC‑157 routine a couple of times. For me, 200mcg at night seemed to ease the injection‑site redness a bit, but I also noticed a mild flush in the mornings that faded after a week. I didn’t see obvious water retention or numbness, though I did feel a little extra thirst on days I split the dose morning and evening. If you try it, maybe start with GHK‑Cu at bed only and watch how your skin feels before adding a second dose. Just my own experience, could be placebo.
  • labrat_vik: That morning flush thing is interesting, I already get occasional flushing from the BPC so I was worried GHK-Cu would pile on but sounds like yours calmed down after a week which is reassuring. I'll take your advice and start with just the bedtime dose, the extra thirst on split days is the kind of thing I wouldn't have thought to watch for. Did the injection-site redness take long to ease up for you, or was it pretty quick?
  • labrat_vik: That matches what I saw too – the night dose calmed the redness but gave me a brief morning flush that went away after a few days. I never split it, just stuck with the bedtime dose and didn’t notice extra thirst or any swelling. Worth trying solo first like you said.
  • fasted_scientist: The injection-site redness with GHK-Cu is pretty common from what I've seen people report, ngl. For me it calmed down after maybe 5-6 days but honestly I'm not convinced it's anything to worry about unless it's spreading or warm to the touch (that's different). Could just be a local histamine response. Have you looked into whether the flushing correlates with anything in your diet that day? Reckon that's worth tracking before blaming the peptide outright.
  • labrat_vik: The flushing is actually from the BPC and TB500, not the GHK-Cu yet, I haven't started that addition. But the diet tracking idea is solid, I hadn't thought about that, I'll start logging it against the Monday and Thursday pins to see if there's a pattern. Did your GHK-Cu redness show up right at the injection site or more diffuse?
