Tb4-frag vs full tb-500 for chronic Achilles issues?

Honestly i am a bit stuck on my Achilles recovery. I have been dealing with this nagging tendon issue for months and it is just not budging with standard physio. I have been using oral bpc-157 for a bit and it seemed to help the general inflammation, but the actual tendon repair feels like it has hit a wall.

I was reading up on /peptides/tb4-fragment and it sounds interesting because of the smaller molecular size. The idea is that it might have better tissue penetration compared to the full tb-500, which might be better for something deep like a tendon.

Has anyone here actually swapped the full tb-500 for the tb4-frag for joint or tendon stuff? I am curious if the fragment approach is actually more effective for getting into the tissue or if it is just more marketing hype. I am a bit skeptical about the extra cost if the results are basically the same. Also does anyone reckon it is worth stacking the fragment with the oral bpc-157 i am already on or would that be overkill?

  • labrat_vik: I used the full TB-500 for a couple of years on some old shoulder issues, and it felt like it worked, but it was a slow burn. The fragment is supposed to be more targeted, and some people swear by it, but for me, it felt kind of similar, maybe a bit more localized. It could just be placebo since tendons are such a pain to heal, but I didn't feel a massive difference that justified the price jump. Stacking it with BPC is pretty common, and in my experience, they just seemed to complement each ot
