What is everyone running right now, curious what the current favorites are

Been noticing the board has shifted a lot over the last few months toward these combo stacks like KLOW and the immortality protocol, and I kinda wonder how many people are actually running the full thing versus picking pieces out of it.
I messed around with a scaled-down GLOW stack earlier this year and had decent results with skin and just general recovery feel, but honestly I never felt like I needed all four components of KLOW at once, seemed like a lot to throw at your body and a lot to track for side effects when something flares up.
Right now I'm just doing BPC-157 solo for a nagging elbow thing, 500mcg once a day, and keeping it simple which feels like the right call at my age, I don't need to be a lab experiment with six compounds at once.
What are you all running these days, is anyone still doing single peptide cycles or has everyone moved to the multi-stack approach, and if you are stacking multiple things how are you separating out what is actually doing the work versus what is just along for the ride, because that is the part that always bugs me with these combos.
Curious where people's heads are at with this stuff lately.

- student748: For what it is worth i'm still very much in the single compound camp, partly because i'm new enough to this that stacking feels like a terrible idea for me personally. Running spermidine at the moment and that's it, just trying to pay attention to what one thing actually does before chucking something else on top. Your point about not knowing what's doing the work in a stack is exactly what puts me off the combo protocol stuff. Seems like you'd need to run each component solo first to get a bas
- greg_codes: Ngl i feel the same spermidine solo gave me clear sleep and recovery signals without noise stacking too early just muddies the data have you tracked any hrv or fasting glucose yet?
- labrat_vik: Spermidine solo is interesting, I haven't messed with that one yet but the idea of getting clean signals from one compound at a time is exactly my point, hard to tell what's doing what when you throw four things in the mix. I haven't tracked HRV honestly, just go by feel and how the elbow responds, but fasting glucose I do check pretty regularly and it's been stable, nothing moved on BPC solo which I guess is expected. You tracking HRV through an app or a wearable?
- labrat_vik: Spermidine solo is a smart way to start, and yeah that's exactly my thinking too, if you don't know what one thing does on its own you're just guessing when something changes in a stack. To answer your question, I did run the GLOW components individually before combining, mostly, but even then it was still kinda hard to tell what was doing what once they were together. The skin stuff could've been the GHK-Cu alone for all I know.
