Thymalin injection site soreness – what I noticed after a 10‑day run

I ran a standard 5‑10 mg daily Thymalin shot for ten days to see if it would help with post‑cold recovery. Anecdotally the first few injections left a noticeable ache at the spot, kind of a deep muscle soreness that lingered a few hours. It wasn’t sharp pain, more like a dull throb that made me avoid pressing on the area.

Anecdotally by day four the soreness faded to almost nothing, and I didn’t see any rash or swelling. I also felt a bit more tired than usual on days two and three, but that could have been coincidental with a mild flu I was shaking off. No other side effects showed up in my routine bloodwork (CBC, CMP) before and after the cycle. If you’re trying Thymalin, rotate injection sites and give the area a gentle massage after the shot – it seemed to cut down the lingering ache for me.
