Rapamycin weekly dosing, anyone actually running it and what do you notice

Been reading heaps about rapamycin lately and the low dose weekly pulse approach seems to be the standard in longevity circles. For what it is worth i find it a bit wild that an immunosuppressant got repurposed like this, the mTOR inhibition and autophagy angle makes sense on paper but i'm keen to hear from people actually taking it.

The 3-6mg once weekly range is what keeps coming up. I guess the idea is you get the autophagy benefit without being immunosuppressed constantly. But has anyone here felt anything tangible from it? Like better recovery, skin, energy, anything? Or is it one of those things where you just trust the mechanism and hope for the best over years.

Also slightly worried about the mouth sores and lipid elevation side effects. Do those show up at the low weekly doses or is that more a transplant-level dose problem. And how do people monitor, just regular bloods?

I'm not on it myself, just weighing it up. The caloric restriction mimicry is appealing since i already do a fair bit of training and don't want to stack too many CR-mimicking things on top of each other. Any input would be sweet as.
