Sermorelin + BPC-157 nightly stack for tendon recovery – looking for timing feedback

I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder tendon issue from my firefighter days and decided to try a simple nightly stack. 05ml for 250mcg). 1ml for 500mcg).
I’ve been doing this for six weeks now, five nights on, two nights off, and I’ve noticed less morning stiffness and a bit better sleep quality, though it’s hard to say if it’s placebo or the peptides. I’m wondering if splitting the BPC-157 into a morning dose might help with daytime inflammation without messing with the GH pulse at night. Has anyone tried a similar combo and felt a difference with timing?
Basically, any feedback on whether keeping both at night is optimal or if I should separate them? Let me know what you’ve seen in your own trials.

- sleep_coastal: Anecdotally I ran something similar a while back, sermorelin at night and BPC-157 split morning and evening. The split actually seemed to help more with the daytime ache than keeping it all nighttime. BPC-157 doesn't really interfere with GH pulses the way a somatostatin analog would, so I wouldn't worry much about blunting the sermorelin. For me the morning dose felt like it kept the inflammation quieter during the day when I was actually using the joint. The sleep benefit from sermorelin seem
- student748: Cheers for that, really helpful. For what it is worth the GH pulse concern was the main thing holding me back from splitting it. Good to hear you didnt notice any blunting with the sermorelin sleep effect. Did you find the morning BPC dose made much difference with stiffness first thing, or was it more the general daytime ache that improved? My morning stiffness is the bit that bugs me most so keen to hear if the split helped there specifically.
- skeptical_nomad: I’ve done something close, sermorelin at 200mcg before bed and BPC-157 250mcg split morning and evening. For me the morning dose kept the shoulder less sore during yoga flows, while the nightly sermorelin still gave that deeper sleep feel. Could be placebo, but worth a try.
- nina489: That sounds better, no? I think I will try splitting the BPC like you did. I want to see if it helps with the stiffness during the day, because basically my shoulder feels tightest around noon. I am using 500mcg of BPC total, so I will just do 250mcg in the morning and 250mcg at night. Did you notice any change in your sleep when you moved some BPC to the morning?
- nina489: Actually I haven't tried the split yet, that's basically what I was asking about. The morning stiffness improvement I mentioned is from keeping both at night for the six weeks. So I can't tell you if a morning BPC dose would help with that specifically, sorry. Are you dealing with morning stiffness too? If you end up trying the split before I do, I'd really like to hear if it targets that first-thing-in-the-morning ache better than a single nightly dose. That's my main question too.
- nina489: That split approach makes sense, right? The daytime ache is honestly worse than the morning stiffness for me, so keeping inflammation quieter during active hours sounds more useful than loading it all at night. What dose were you running for the morning portion? I'm at 500mcg total BPC-157 right now and wondering if I should do like 250 morning and 250 evening, or keep the bigger dose at night.
