KLOW vs GLOW for a 6-week tendon recovery cycle, is adding KPV worth it?

So i've been running the GLOW stack on and off for a few months now, mostly for a stubborn Achilles thing that wont fully clear up. GHK-Cu 200mcg and BPC-157 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Honestly the combo seems to help a bit with general soreness but the tendon itself is still nagging me after longer runs.
Been reading about the KLOW stack which just adds KPV 500mcg daily on top of GLOW. The NF-kB inhibition angle sounds decent in theory for knocking down systemic inflammation but i'm a bit sceptical whether it actually moves the needle for a specific tendon issue vs just general inflammation. Like is the KPV doing something the BPC-157 isnt already covering?
Also curious about cycle length. I've seen people say 4 weeks, others running 8-10 weeks no break. Reckon 6 weeks is a sensible middle ground? And does anyone reconstitute all four into one vial or keep KPV separate? The half-lives are all over the place so not sure if combining makes sense.
Keen to hear from anyone who's done both and noticed a real difference adding KPV.
