BPC-157 oral vs injectable for tendon rehab – any real differences noticed?

I’ve been doing physio for a nagging Achilles tweak and thinking about adding BPC-157 to speed things up. Honestly i’m torn between the oral arginate version and the usual injectable. Has anyone tried both and felt a clear difference in pain or how fast they could load the tendon again?
I’ve read the oral form is supposed to be gut‑heavy but still systemic, just lower potency. Curious if the dosing timing matters – should i take it morning and night or just after my rehab session? Also any notes on side effects like mild nausea with the oral? I’m skeptical but keen to hear real anecdotes, not just study numbers.

- greg_codes: Tried both for a medial elbow thing a while back, not achilles but similar connective tissue deal. Injectable seemed to kick faster for me, could load again within maybe 10 days vs oral which took closer to three weeks before i noticed anything. Could just be placebo though, hard to say with one person's experience. Oral gave me mild nausea on an empty stomach, taking it with food sorted that out. I split mine morning and night which felt more even than post-session dosing. Ngll the systemic cl
