IDRA-21 after two weeks, the long tail effect is real but watch the stimulation

Been messing with IDRA-21 for about two weeks now. The AMPA PAM angle always intrigued me because of that persistent effect, the idea that a single dose keeps doing something for 48-72 hours. Anecdotally, that part checks out. I took 20mg on a Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon I still felt this quiet mental sharpness, like words were just THERE when I needed them. Not stimmy. More like a cleaner version of the clarity I get from Semax but stretched out over days.

I dosed Monday and Thursday, so twice a week, which felt right. Three times a week seemed like overkill based on how long the effects hang around. The headache hit me once on the second dose, mild, went away with water. Nothing scary. But I will say the overstimulation warning is legit if you stack this with anything dopaminergic. I tried it alongside my usual Adamax nasal on day one and that was TOO much. Felt wired and slightly irritable by evening. Dropped the Adamax on IDRA days and that fixed it.

The thing I keep wondering about is the excitotoxicity risk. AMPA potentiation sounds great until you remember glutamate excitotoxicity is a real mechanism, not theoretical hand-waving. I'm keeping doses conservative and cycling off after a few weeks. Anyone else here run IDRA-21 longer term? Curious whether the effect builds, fades, or stays flat. For me right now it feels like a useful tool but not something I'd wanna hammer daily.
