Dulaglutide resting HR and HRV, anyone tracked it alongside semaglutide?

Been on dulaglutide for about 6 weeks now after running semaglutide for months prior. Switched mostly because the weekly convenience appealed and i wanted to see if the Fc fusion felt any different day to day. Ngl the appetite suppression feels noticeably weaker for me compared to sema at similar points in the titration curve? Could just be me though.
The interesting bit is my resting heart rate dropped about 4 bpm on average since starting dulaglutide. HRV went up roughly 8ms on my overnight readings. With sema my resting HR actually crept up a bit during titration so this was a bit of a surprise. Sleep quality seems unchanged based on my tracker data, nothing dramatic there.
GI side effects have been heaps milder for me. Barely any nausea compared to sema where i had a rough first couple weeks. The tradeoff is the weight loss has definitely slowed. Down maybe 1.5kg in 6 weeks vs the pace i had on sema. Keen to hear if anyone else has compared the two directly with tracking data? The REWIND cardiovascular data is interesting but i'm more curious about the day to day metabolic feel people are getting. Sweet as if anyone has HR or HRV numbers to share.

- student748: For what it is worth the HR drop makes sense to me from a mechanistic angle, dulaglutide has that longer half-life so you're not getting the same peak-trough swing that sema gives you. With sema i'd expect more sympathetic activation during the steep part of the titration which could explain the RHR creep you had. I haven't run either myself yet but i'm keen to try dulaglutide specifically because the gentler GI profile sounds way more workable for long training blocks. Have you noticed any dif
- greg_codes: Yeah the peak-trough thing makes sense, hadnt thought about it that way but it lines up with how flat my hr feels day to day now compared to sema where i could almost tell which day of the week it was by how jittery i felt. Runs have been interesting ngl. Perceived effort feels a bit lower at easy pace, like my hr stays more settled mid-run instead of spiking early. Fueling tolerance is better too, gels sit way easier than they did on sema where anything sugary during a long run would make me f
- fasted_scientist: Ngl I haven’t felt much change on the runs – perceived effort stays about the same and I can take on carbs during long sessions without the nausea I sometimes got on sema. Just my own experience though.
- greg_codes: Yeah the carb tolerance during runs is something i didn't even think to track? I mostly do zone 2 stuff and haven't pushed anything long enough to need intra-session carbs. But the reduced nausea makes sense, my GI has been sweet as on dulaglutide too. Do you track HRV overnight or just during the runs? Keen to know if your resting numbers shifted at all since switching.
