Pancragen and the Khavinson bioregulator family, anyone actually tracking metabolic markers?

org/peptides/pancragen). It is a short signal peptide, Lys-Glu-Asp-Trp, proposed to regulate gene expression in pancreatic tissue. The claim is it supports endocrine and exocrine function and carbohydrate metabolism.
That is a BIG claim for four amino acids. Anecdotally I have messed around with a couple of the Khavinson peptides before, Cortagen and Epitalon mostly, and the effects were subtle but real enough that I did not write them off. But pancreatic tissue regeneration is a whole different animal.
The Russian literature on these bioregulators goes back decades but the Western data is thin and I keep wondering how much of it holds up under independent replication. What I find interesting is the course-based protocol idea, short repeated cycles rather than chronic daily use. That at least makes some biological sense if you think of it as a signal pulse rather than a supplement.
My question is whether anyone here has actually run Pancragen with fasting glucose or HbA1c tracking before and after. I am not talking about vibes, I mean actual numbers. Because if the metabolic angle is real even partially, that would be worth a closer look. But I am skeptical enough that I would want to see real markers, not just "felt better."
