Peptide bioregulators vs GH secretagogues, totally different world or same basics?

So I've been messing about with ipamorelin and CJC-1295 for a while now and I reckon I've got a decent grip on the GH peptide side of things. But I keep seeing people mention Khavinson bioregulators like Prostamax and I'm a bit lost on how they actually work compared to what I'm used to.

From what I can gather these aren't pushing a hormone pulse the way a GHRP does. They're signal peptides that supposedly regulate gene expression in specific tissues? That's a completely different mechanism to anything I've played with. The dosing looks weird too, like 1 to 2 capsules a day or short injectable courses, which is nothing like the mcg math I'm used to doing.

Ngl the lack of Western clinical data makes me a bit hesitant. With ipamorelin at least there's some real pharmacokinetic work behind it. Prostamax seems to be mostly Russian research and community anecdote.

Has anyone here actually tried bioregulators alongside GH peptides or are they best kept separate? And is the capsule form even worth bothering with or do you need to go injectable to get anything out of it? Just trying to figure out if this is a rabbit hole worth going down or if I should stick to what I know.
