Trying GHK-Cu topical for skin after long runs, any tips on dosing?

Hey folks i’ve been using a little ghk-cu cream on my face and forearms after my weekend long runs just to see if it helps with the usual dryness and little nicks i get from the wind and sweat. I’m pretty new to topical peptides so i’m just winging it with a pea sized amount once a day after shower. For what it is worth my skin feels a bit softer in the morning and the redness from chafing seems to calm down quicker than before but i’m not sure if that’s just the moisturiser base or the peptide doing anything.
I’ve read the typical dose is 1-3 mg topical daily but i have no idea how to translate that into cream amount. Anyone here actually measuring it out or just going by feel? Also curious if you’ve noticed any difference in skin elasticity or healing of small cuts over a few weeks. Keen to hear what’s worked for you or if i’m wasting my time.

I have been using a similar cream for my skin elasticity, and for me, the texture of my face felt slightly more plump after about three weeks. It is hard to say if it is the peptide or just the hydration from the cream itself, no? Regarding the dose, I am not measuring milligrams into my cream at home because that seems too difficult without a lab scale. Most people I see online just use a small amount like you are doing. If you are wo
- protocol_sasha: I totally get the dosing hassle. I bought a pre‑measured ghk‑cu serum that lists 2 mg per pump, so i just use one pump after my run. No weighing needed. Have you tried checking the product’s label for the exact amount per application?
