GHRP-6 hunger – does eating with the dose reduce the GH spike?

I’ve been experimenting with GHRP-6 lately, mostly 200mcg subcut before bed to try and boost recovery. The hunger hit is intense – I usually end up raiding the fridge within 20 minutes, which kinda defeats the point if I’m trying to keep calories in check for body composition. Last week I tried having a small protein shake (about 15g whey) right after the injection, and the cravings felt noticeably milder, though I’m not sure if that’s just the food filling me up or if it actually blunted the ghrelin signal. I’m curious if anyone else has tried timing a snack with their dose and noticed any difference in how strong the GH pulse feels – maybe via sleep quality, next‑day recovery, or just subjective energy.
