Dihexa at 10mg daily for three weeks, the focus is real but sleep took a hit

Been running Dihexa oral at about 10mg daily for three weeks now. Anecdotally the focus effect is NOT subtle. Within the first week I noticed I could stay on a single task way longer without that mental drift I usually get mid-afternoon.

Felt like my working memory was holding more at once, hard to explain but it was like having a bigger desk to spread things out on. By week two the vivid dreams kicked in, which tracks with what others report here. Not nightmares just VERY detailed and long.

The downside for me has been sleep latency. Takes me an extra hour to fall asleep most nights and I think it's the Dihexa because nothing else changed in my routine. I tried skipping the evening dose and taking it morning only which helped some.

Anyone else find that Dihexa builds up over time? The stimulation seems to have crept up rather than hitting on day one. I'm wondering if every other day dosing might be the sweet spot.
