This is a scoping review from MDPI that looks at how Thymosin Beta-4 and TB-500 actually work for musculoskeletal repair and tissue healing. It is a more technical look at the pathways compared to the usual blogs you see.

I find it interesting, but it feels a bit too cautious for me. For my own experience, the systemic effects on joint mobility felt way more immediate than what this review suggests. It talks a lot about cell migration and actin polymerization, but it doesn't really address the actual timing of when to stop the protocol. I always wonder if we are pushing the healing too fast and risking scar tissue.

Does anyone here actually track their recovery with imaging or bloodwork to see if the regeneration is real? Or are we all just guessing based on how the joint feels when we move it, lah? I would love to know if anyone has a more technical way to measure the progress.
