NMN vs NR for actual energy on long training weeks, anyone switched between them

For what it is worth i've been reading heaps about NAD+ precursors and i'm keen to try one but honestly cant figure out if NMN or NR is the better call. I know the theory is similar, both boost NAD+ levels, but i keep seeing people say NMN feels more noticeable for energy and NR is more subtle but better studied.
My main question is whether either of them actually does anything you can feel during a heavy training block. I'm doing 80-100km weeks right now and recovery is everything at this stage. If it just quietly supports cellular stuff in the background that's fine too but i'd love to hear from someone who's used one or both for a while.
Also slightly worried about the cost because NMN seems heaps more expensive down here in NZ. Is the price difference actually worth it or is NR perfectly sweet as for general longevity purposes?
I'm not on any other NAD+ stuff currently, just rapamycin weekly low dose which i've posted about before. No issues with that so far, seemed fine for sleep and recovery, could just be placebo though.
Keen to hear what people are actually noticing day to day, not just the theory.
