Fisetin senolytic hit days, anyone actually felt anything or is it silent

Been reading the fisetin page on here (/peptides/fisetin) and keen to give the hit and run protocol a go. The idea of clearing out senescent cells sounds pretty compelling on paper but for what it is worth i cant find much from actual people saying they noticed anything tangible afterwards.

I get that senolytics might not produce an obvious "feel" the way something like rapamycin or nmn might. But surely someone out there has done a couple of rounds and noticed something, even just less general stiffness or better skin or whatever. Or is it genuinely just one of those things you do and hope its working silently in the background.

The dose around 20mg/kg on hit days is what the profile mentions. That seems like a fair bit to take in one go, has anyone had GI issues with it. I already had a rough time with NR on the stomach front so a bit wary of stacking another thing that might upset things.

Also wondering if people are cycling it with rapamycin at all or keeping them well apart. Seems like they both touch autophagy-ish pathways but different mechanisms. Too easy to just start throwing things together but i want to be a bit more thoughtful about it than that.

Keen to hear from anyone whos done a few rounds.
