Spermidine stacked with weekly rapamycin, too much autophagy or complementary

For what it is worth i've been on low-dose rapamycin for about 3 months now, 5mg once weekly, and been reading heaps about spermidine as another autophagy inducer. The mechanism seems different enough that they might complement each other rather than just pile on, rapamycin hits mTORC1 directly and spermidine works through acetyltransferase inhibition right? But i genuinely dont know if running both on the same day is smart or if you'd want to space them out.
Has anyone here actually stacked these two together? Seemed like it could be a bit much for cellular clean-up signalling all at once, or could just be fine since they're hitting different pathways. I'm keen to try spermidine daily at the lower end, maybe 1-2mg, and keep the rapamycin weekly as is. Just my own thinking though, not sure if there's any real data on combining them in humans.
Also wondering if anyone noticed anything tangible from spermidine alone, like cognitive stuff or just feeling different. The research side of it looks interesting but i've learned from fisetin that "interesting preclinical data" doesnt always translate to anything you can actually feel. Chur for any input.
