BPC-157 oral 500mcg twice daily plus GHK-Cu 200mcg every other day – timing thoughts?

I’ve been running BPC-157 oral (arginate salt) at 500mcg first thing in the morning and again last thing at night, both on an empty stomach. I’m thinking of adding GHK-Cu 200mcg subcutaneously every other day to see if there’s any extra skin or gut benefit, but I’m not sure how the timing might overlap. Does taking GHK-Cu on the same days as the evening BPC-157 dose make sense, or should I space them out to avoid any possible interaction?

I’ve read the KLOW stack suggests BPC-157 and KPV daily with TB-500 and GHK-Cu a few times a week, but I’m only trying two compounds for now. For me the BPC-157 seems to help with bloating after long shifts, though that’s just my own feeling and could be placebo.

  • student748: For what it is worth i've been doing ghk-cu subq every other day and i just do it midday, well away from any oral doses. No real reason beyond keeping things simple in my head and not wanting to wonder later if something interfered with absorption. Seemed fine for me but honestly could just be that ghk-cu does its own thing regardless of timing. The bloating thing is interesting tho, are you finding the bpc helps within the same day or more like a cumulative effect over a week or two? I get gut
  • sleep_coastal: Midday spacing makes sense, no reason to overthink it. Anecdotally I did similar when I ran both, just picked a window that wasn't near food or other compounds and stopped worrying about it. On the gut question, for me it felt cumulative. First couple days nothing really changed. Around day 8 or 9 is when I noticed less irritation after big meals. Could've been coincidence or just things settling on their own. But it definitely wasn't same-day relief like an antacid or anything. More like a slo
  • curious_scientist: Midday spacing makes sense to me too, imo. Less mental overhead is underrated when you're juggling compounds. On the gut question, for me it felt cumulative rather than same-day. Like maybe a week in I noticed less bloating after meals. Could've been other factors though. The oral BPC arginate seems to need a few days to build up whatever it's doing in the gut lining. At least that was my impression, nothing concrete.
  • fasted_scientist: Yeah the cumulative thing matches what I noticed too, ngl. The bloating improvement wasn't instant for me either, more like a few days in before I thought oh this might actually be doing something. Could still be placebo obviously but the timing of it lining up with what you felt is interesting. Midday GHK-Cu it is then, cheers for that. Did you run the GHK subq or just oral?
  • fasted_scientist: Cheers, that's fair enough. Midday window's probably the cleanest gap I've got anyway so I'll give that a go. The day 8 or 9 thing is interesting because that's roughly where I'd put my own shift with the bloating too, somewhere around the second week. Reckon that slow gradient you mentioned lines up better with something genuinely changing versus just same-day placebo. Though ngl I'm still a bit suspicious it could just be my gut flora doing their own thing regardless. Are you still running bo
  • fasted_scientist: Ngl, I’ve noticed the bloating eases within a few hours of the morning dose, especially after a night shift, but I can’t tell if it’s just acute or builds up over days. I’ll try slotting the GHK‑Cu midday like you do and see if anything changes. Do you feel any gut effect from GHK‑Cu itself?
