5 mg each morning after reading about its fertility‑friendly profile. For the first few weeks I felt a steady bump in energy and libido, which matched what I’d hoped for. Around week three I began noticing short bursts of irritability in the late afternoon, sometimes paired with a mild headache that faded after an hour or two.

I cut the dose to every other day and the mood swings dropped off, though the energy lift seemed a bit softer. I’ve kept a simple log of my scores on a mood app and the pattern lines up with the days I take it.
