Adipotide kidney toxicity risk, anyone who tried it get bloodwork done?

Been looking into adipotide for targeted fat loss and ngl the mechanism is pretty interesting on paper. Cuts blood supply to white adipose tissue, fat cells get resorbed, no appetite suppression needed. Sounds sweet as right?

Yeah nah. The kidney toxicity is what bugs me. It's dose-dependent in the animal data and that's not something i'd want to mess around with blind. Kidneys don't exactly give you a heads up before things go sideways.

I haven't run it myself. Keen to hear from anyone who has. Did you get creatinine and eGFR checked before and after? Any changes in kidney markers? Dehydration seems to be a thing too based on what's out there, so hydration status would matter a lot for interpreting results.

Also wondering if anyone tracked injection site reactions? The profile mentions those and i'd want to know how bad we're talking. Like mild irritation or proper welt-type stuff?

For me the risk-reward feels off compared to glp-1 stuff where at least there's some human safety data behind it. But i'm curious if anyone here has real numbers to share. Actual bloodwork would be way more useful than "felt fine" anecdotes.
