Superman stack, is adding MK-677 to CJC + ipamorelin actually redundant?

Been looking at the so-called Superman stack (CJC-1295 no DAC plus ipamorelin plus MK-677 oral) and I cant help but question whether the MK-677 layer is doing much on top of the injectables. You have already got GHRH stimulation from the CJC and a clean ghrelin receptor pulse from the ipamorelin at night. Then you add an oral ghrelin mimetic that lasts 24 hours on top of that. Are you genuinely getting more GH output or just more side effects?

For me personally I ran CJC plus ipamorelin for a few weeks and the sleep and recovery felt solid. When I tried adding MK-677 at 12.5mg on top, the main thing I noticed was hunger going through the roof and a bit of water retention. Did not feel like recovery improved much beyond what the injectables were already doing. Could just be placebo or me not giving it long enough though.

The profile page (/peptides/superman-stack) says it maximises GH output and gives 24/7 elevation but I have not seen much actual data comparing the triple stack head to head against just CJC plus ipamorelin. Reckon a lot of people are just stacking everything because it sounds good. Anyone here run both ways and actually notice a meaningful difference? Keen to hear if the MK-677 added something I missed.
