Injection-site lumps from BPC-157 subcutaneous, how long is too long?

So I have been running BPC-157 subcutaneous for about three weeks now for a tendon issue in my ankle. Basically injecting near the injury site with insulin syringes, rotating spots each time.

For the first two weeks everything was fine, barely felt it. But this past week I am getting these small firm lumps under the skin at some of the injection spots. They are not red or warm, just little bumps that take a few days to soften up. Not painful really, more annoying than anything.

I am wondering if this is just a normal reaction to repeated subcutaneous injections in the same general area, or if it could be something I should worry about (like a sterile abscess forming, no?). The solution is bacteriostatic water reconstituted, stored in the fridge, and I wipe with alcohol each time.

Has anyone else dealt with these persistent little nodules from BPC-157 specifically? Did you change your injection depth, volume per shot, or rotation pattern to fix it? I am using 30ga syringes and about 0.3mL per injection, if that matters.

Also curious if anyone has had a lump that did not go away after a week or more, and what you did about it. I want to catch it early if this is heading in a bad direction.
