TB4-Frag vs full TB-500 for tendon stuff, anyone actually compared the two?

Been looking at tb4-frag lately as an alternative to regular tb-500 for a nagging patellar tendon issue thats been hanging around for months. The idea of a shorter fragment with better tissue penetration sounds decent on paper but honestly i cant find much actual comparison data out there.
The profile on here (/peptides/tb4-fragment) says it retains the actin-binding domain so theoretically it should do most of what full tb-4 does for cell migration and angiogenesis. But the dose range is way different, 200-750mcg daily vs 2-5mg twice a week for the full version. That's a massive difference in total peptide per week even at the high end of the fragment range.
My question is has anyone here used both and felt a real difference? Like did the fragment actually do anything noticeable for tendon healing or is it just a cheaper marketing angle? I'm a bit sceptical because smaller peptide fragments can sometimes lose activity even if they keep the "key" binding region. Proteins don't always work like lego bricks where you just snap the important bit off and it still functions the same.
Also keen to know if anyone ran tb4-frag alongside bpc-157 like a mini wolverine setup. Reckon that could be interesting for cost if the fragment genuinely works at those lower doses.
