Tried low-dose Dihexa oral for 5 weeks, here is what stood out

So I finally got round to trying Dihexa orally after reading about it for maybe a year. I went with 10mg every other day instead of daily, honestly because the long-term safety data is just not there and I wanted to be a bit careful. Five weeks now and I have some thoughts.

First two weeks I noticed basically nothing. Maybe slightly more vivid dreams but that could just be because I was paying attention for once. Week three is where it got interesting. I was studying a new analytical method for work, lots of new software and statistical concepts, and I felt like things were clicking faster than usual. Hard to explain. Like I could hold more of the workflow in my head at once without going back to check the manual every five minutes. Could be placebo, honestly. But it felt different from just having a good caffeine day.

By week four I started getting headaches on the days I took it. Not terrible, just a dull pressure behind my eyes for a few hours. I drink enough water so I do not think it was dehydration. I dropped to 10mg every third day and the headaches mostly went away.

What I would change: I wish I had done a proper baseline cognitive test before starting because right now I am just guessing. Anyone here done something like a Cambridge Brain Sciences battery before and after a Dihexa run? Curious if the memory gains are real or just feel real.
