CPC-1598 morning drowsiness, anyone actually tracked how long it lingers?

Been looking into CPC-1598 for sleep stuff because honestly the mechanism sounds decent on paper, selective GABA-A potentiation in VLPO neurons rather than broad sedation. The profile says minimal next-day impairment but honestly that phrase always makes me a bit suspicious when the safety data is described as "limited."

For anyone who's actually used it, did you notice any real morning grogginess? Like not just "a bit fuzzy for 10 minutes" but something that stuck around and affected your morning training or work? The half-life is listed as 3-5 hours which seems short enough to clear before morning but we all know half-life doesn't tell the whole story with CNS-active stuff.

Also keen to know if anyone combined it with anything else and noticed weird interactions. The dizziness side effect listed, was that positional or more random? Reckon that could be a issue if you're getting up early to train.

Genuinely tempted to try it because my sleep has been rubbish lately but i want to hear from people who actually ran it before i stick anything new in my routine. Got enough going on with rehab stuff without adding a compound that leaves me half-functional at 7am.
