Oxandrolone lipid crash at low dose, how bad is yours?

Got bloodwork back after a 6-week low-dose oxandrolone run (was around 15mg daily, split twice). Did this for body recomposition. Felt fine physically. Strength was up a little, no major sides I could feel.
But the lipid panel was rough. HDL dropped hard. Like cut in half compared to my baseline from three months prior. LDL crept up too. Nothing else looked alarming, liver enzymes were within range but nudged slightly higher than my usual.
I kinda expected some lipid disruption from what I'd read, but the magnitude surprised me at that dose. I figured keeping it low would soften the hit. Maybe not.
Curious if anyone here has run oxandrolone and tracked lipids. Did your HDL recover fully after stopping, and how long did it take? I'm planning to retest in about 6 weeks off everything to see where things land.
Also wondering if anyone found anything that helped protect HDL while running it. Fish oil and cardio are my obvious guesses but I'd like to hear what actually seemed to work for people in practice.
Gonna hold off on any future runs until I see the follow-up panel. Not gonna chase body comp at the expense of cardiovascular risk.
