BPC-157 injection timing relative to PT exercises, does it matter?

I've been running BPC-157 for a nagging rotator cuff thing, nothing torn on imaging but the impingement just keeps hanging around. Been doing 250 mcg once a day, subQ near the shoulder. Anecdotally I feel like it kicks in maybe 30 to 40 minutes after I pin, like the area gets warm and kinda loose. Could be totally in my head though.

My question is about timing around rehab. I've been pinning right before my PT exercises thinking the increased blood flow from movement plus the peptide being active locally might help. But I've also seen people say inject on rest days so the tissue isn't already irritated from exercise. Anyone actually experimented with both approaches and noticed a difference?

I'm also wondering if splitting into 250 mcg twice daily would be better than one 250 mcg dose given the short half-life. The profile here says around 4 hours, so once a day seems like a lot of gap. But I don't wanna overdo it either. Just trying to figure out if there's a smarter way to time this or if I'm overthinking it and it doesn't really matter as long as I'm consistent.
