MK-677 sleep data after 6 weeks, tracking HRV and deep sleep

I finally sat down and looked at six weeks of Oura data from my MK-677 run. I took 12.5 mg each evening, nothing fancy, just wanted to see what actually changed instead of relying on how I felt.

Honestly the deep sleep numbers did go up. I was averaging around 55 minutes of deep sleep before starting, and by week three it climbed to about 70-75 minutes most nights. HRV went from a typical 28-32 range up to 38-42. Could be other factors, honestly... I was also training a little less volume that month because of a minor knee thing, so the recovery bump might partly be from that.

The hunger though, that was real and annoying. By week two I was waking up genuinely hungry at like 3am some nights. Not the kind of hunger where you can just drink water and go back to sleep either. I dropped to 10mg and it got more manageable but never fully went away.

Water retention showed up too. Scale went up about 4 pounds by week four despite looking leaner in the mirror. Pants fit the same so I'm calling it water, not fat.

Curious if anyone else here has tracked sleep metrics on it. I keep seeing people say it improves sleep but I wanted actual numbers instead of vibes.
