First vial of CJC-1295 no DAC – how to mix it right?

Just got my first little vial of CJC-1295 no DAC and the label says reconstitute with bacteriostatic water but I’m not totally sure how much to use or if I need to swirl or roll it. I’ve seen a few videos but they all seem to use different amounts – some say 1ml, others 2ml. Ngl I’m a bit nervous about messing it up and ending up with something that’s either too weak or could irritate the injection site.

Could anyone walk me through the exact steps they follow, from drawing the water to checking that it’s fully dissolved? Also, once mixed, how long does it stay good in the fridge and what’s the safest way to draw out a dose for a sub‑q shot? Any tips on avoiding bubbles or foaming would be brilliant.
