Trying low‑dose rapamycin with PQQ – what I felt after a month

Not gonna lie, I was a bit sceptical when I first read about a weekly 4 mg rapamycin dose for longevity. I decided to give it a try alongside 15 mg of PQQ each morning, mainly because the PQQ description mentioned better sleep and new mitochondria – something I could notice in my day‑to‑day energy levels.
I started the rapamycin on a Monday, taken with food, and kept the PQQ at about 08:00. After the first two weeks I felt a slight improvement in how quickly I fell asleep; the dreams were a bit more vivid but I woke feeling refreshed. By the third week my evening walks felt easier, as if my legs recovered faster after a long bike ride. I also noticed my skin looked a little less dull, maybe just the change in lighting at home.
I did have a mild headache on the first day of PQQ, which faded after a couple of days. No mouth sores or gut issues so far. I’m still logging everything and will update if anything changes, but for now the combination seems “lagom” for me ⚡.
