My one-week Noopept trial – focus boost and a nagging headache

I decided to try Noopept after reading about its BDNF stuff. For me the first day felt like a slight clearing of fog, I could stay on task longer while reading research papers. I started with 10 mg in the morning and another 10 mg early afternoon.

By day three I noticed a mild headache that crept in around lunch, nothing severe but annoying. I cut the afternoon dose to 5 mg and the headache eased, the focus stayed. I also felt a tiny bit of restlessness if I took it too late, so I stopped after 4 pm.

Sleep seemed fine, no insomnia. I’m not saying it works for everyone, just sharing what I saw in my own short experiment. Imo the headache might be dose related, worth tweaking if you’re sensitive. Would love to hear if others had similar tweaks or if they stacked it with something else for smoother results.
