Anyone actually felt a difference with oral BPC-157 for Achilles recovery?

Six months now living with a pretty tedious Achilles tendon grumble. Did all the classics, slow and heavy calf raises, isometrics, cut the running right back. Got a bit better at the start, then just stuck in neutral after about three months. That tightness first thing in the morning was starting to wind me up, especially as I’m on my feet all day for work. Decided to try oral BPC-157 arginate, went with 500 micrograms twice daily for about a month now. Honestly, nothing much that first week. By the second week, mornings didn’t feel as stiff. Third week, I got out for a real trail run on the South Downs and, for once, wasn’t limping the next day. I did add a load more ankle mobility at the same time, so no way to pin down what made the difference. Could just be coincidence, could be all in my head, or maybe both working together. No miracle, but it actually seemed to nudge things forward for me. 😎
Has anyone else here actually noticed a change with the oral stuff for tendons (good or bad)? How long did it take, if anything happened at all? I always take it away from food just in case, but keep seeing people say it might not matter with the arginate version. Curious what others found in real life, not just in studies.

- aspiring_codes: been there with a grumpy achilles and i know how frustrating the stall can be. i tried oral bpc arginate last year around 500 mcg twice daily too. took about three weeks before morning stiffness felt different less sharp like you said. hard to know how much was the peptide versus just time and consistent loading. i took mine on an empty stomach first thing and before bed because that's what the arginate data suggests for absorption. no dramatic turnaround but the trend line improved. still doing
- aspiring_trailrun: That’s helpful to hear you saw a similar time frame, makes me feel less like I’m imagining the shift. I haven’t tracked proper hop test numbers but I do log single-leg calf raises and my AM pain on a 0-10 scale. Both crept down a point since starting BPC, but nothing overnight. My resistance work is still main priority, just hoping the oral adds something extra. I’ll try shifting my dose to true empty stomach like you mentioned, see if that makes a difference. Did you notice any GI changes or si
