First time mixing BPC-157 – how much bacteriostatic water do I really need?

Hey mates, just got my first little vial of BPC-157 (5mg) and I’m staring at the bottle feeling a bit lost. 5ml and I’m not sure what’s right for a simple subcutaneous shot. I’m not chasing crazy doses, just want to try a modest amount for a sore shoulder I’ve been nursing after a shift.

Can someone walk me through the math in plain terms? 1ml on an insulin syringe? Also, should I be wiping the vial with an alcohol swab before pulling back?

Any tips on storing the mix afterwards would be appreciated too. No worries if it’s obvious, just keen to get it right the first time.
